Spectrum Staffing offers Payroll Service solutions to companies who have
identified proven or referred personnel, but do not want to make full-time
hiring decisions or assume payroll and employment responsibilities for
these individuals. Some examples of such non-conventional candidates may
include retirees, family members, students, interns, contractors, or company
referrals.
The pricing structure for Temporary-to-Hire Placement, Temporary Staffing,
On-Site Workforce Management, and Payroll Service human resource solutions
offered by Spectrum Staffing would entail an accepted Bill Rate per
hour worked for each employee billable to our customer on a weekly basis.
Spectrum Staffing assumes responsibilities and costs for the following:

Advertising, Interviewing, Skills Testing, Reference Checking, Hiring,
Counseling, Terminating, Assignment Orientation, Policy Training and
Administrative Management
- Pre-Employment Screening
Social Security Validation, Drug-Testing, and Criminal Background

Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Direct Deposit, Check Delivery, Resume
Building, Career Counseling, Performance Incentives, Bonuses, and
Employee Appreciation Give-A-Ways
- Legally Required Tax Payments & Payroll Processing
Payroll Record Retention, Weekly Payroll Processing and Paychecks,
Filing of State and Federal Unemployment Taxes, and Filing of Social
Security Taxes
- Insurance
Worker's Compensation and Employers' Liability, General Liability,

Spectrum Direct Placement is another human resource solution provided
to our customers who want Spectrum Staffing to find the right candidate
for an immediate full-time placement within their organization. Spectrum
Staffing assumes all costs involved in advertising, recruiting, interviewing,
and screening qualified candidates in order to identify the right employee
for our customers.
Once a customer selects a candidate, Spectrum Staffing charges a one-time
fee to the customer based on a percentage of the candidate's annual salary.
All fees are negotiated in advance with our customers and are billed when
a candidate is hired full-time. Spectrum Staffing guarantees the employment
relationship for 90-days.
