Our service lines encompass the entire “spectrum” of a client’s hiring needs to include: Executive, Administrative, Clerical, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Technical / Professional, Logistics, Light Industrial, and Electronics Manufacturing.

Spectrum offers a personal small-business approach to assist our clients in better staffing their workforce without interruption in order to run an efficient operation. Clients engage our services in order to minimize valuable time spent in pre-screening and hiring new employees, at the same time, eliminating costs for advertising and benefits. We provide assistance to customers in staffing their workforce through customized screening, customer-specific testing and orientation procedures. Spectrum Staffing also assumes the management role (on or off-site) over the temporary workforce to include: hiring, orientation, payroll, worker’s compensation, counseling, terminating, etc.
